Literature Data

[1990AnM] carried out a Calphad investigation of the Cu-P system using experimental thermodynamics and phase diagram informations. Cu3P, CuP2 and Cu2P7 (not given in [Mas2]) are described as stoichiometric line compounds. [1992Boo] measured the standard enthalpy of formation of Cu3P at 298.15 K using direct synthesis-drop calorimetry. [1994Sub] presented an assessment of the Cu-P system, later commented by [1995Oka]; however the previous works of [1990AnM], [1992Boo] were not taken into account. [1996Kri] measured the heat capacity and enthalpy of Cu-P solders with 7.9 mass% P, that is near the eutectic composition. While investigating the Cu-O-P ternary system, [1998Gor...
