Data on the H-Mn system prior to 1991 have been reviewed by [1995San] and [2000Yam]. However in their review, [2000Yam] did not take into account the data from [1982Ser] and as a result they showed an unusual behavior of increasing solubility of hydrogen in solid manganese up to 500°C. Various investigations of the phase diagram and thermodynamic properties in the H-Mn system carried out since 1995 are summarized in Table 1.
