Introduction

The interest in the Ag-Au-Y alloys is mainly attributed to the promising catalytic properties of the Y_1-xAu_x and Y_1-xAg_x compounds which may find a wide application in modern chemical synthesis. The experimental investigations of the system are limited to the study of [2008Zha]. The information on the studied composition and temperature ranges is given in Table 1.
