Arsenic and its main oxides As₂O₃ and As₂O₅ are known to sublimate easily, so no equilibrium diagram is available. [1948Bys] measured the As-O interatomic distances and the bond angles As-O-As in solid As₂O₃ and gaseous As₄O₆ suggesting a large amount of double bond character in the As-O bonds. The vapor pressure above As₂O₃ was measured by [1957Kar] and the sublimation of As₂O₃ under air, N₂ and Ar was determined by [1981Agr].
