Arsenic and its main oxides As2O3 and As2O5 are known to sublimate easily, so no equilibrium diagram is available. [1948Bys] measured the As-O interatomic distances and the bond angles As-O-As in solid As2O3 and gaseous As4O6 suggesting a large amount of double bond character in the As-O bonds. The vapor pressure above As2O3 was measured by [1957Kar] and the sublimation of As2O3 under air, N2 and Ar was determined by [1981Agr].
