The literature data relevant to the Ag-Mn system up to 1989 are reported in the assessment made by Karakaya and Thompson [1990Kar]. The Ag-Mn phase diagram, assessed on the basis of the original experimental works, was compared with experimental and computed diagram versions. Activities of some alloys were measured with a twin-chamber Knudsen cell mass spectometer in the temperature range 777-947°C, formation enthalpies were calculated [1988Gin].
