After the phase diagram presented by [Mas2], mainly based on the assessment by [1988Gsc] experimental investigations of this system have been done by [1990Cha] in the entire composition range and by [2000Sac] in the 0 to 66.7 at.% Al composition range, as reported in Table 1 where experimental techniques and quality of starting materials used by the two authors are compared. Results by [2000Sac] are also summarised by [2000Oka].
