The As-P system has been assessed by [1991Kar] who proposed a phase diagram calculated from a regular solution model developed to smooth previous experimental findings. A more recent assessment [1994Ans] was carried out with the aim to build up a database for III-V systems. The assessment is based on the SGTE recommendation for the pure elements and the same solution model expressions are used for the 15 possible systems between Al, Ga and In on one hand, and As, P and Sb on the other hand.
