Literature Data

Literature data until 1981 were reviewed by [1985McA]. They concern the solubility of AlP in liquid Al, the enthalpy of formation of the compound AlP and an estimate of the melting temperature of AlP under constrained vapor pressure. Later the heat content of AlP was measured between 800 and 1500 K [1989Yam, 1990Ita]. Details of some experimental works are given in Table 1.
