Literature Data

The Ca-Mn phase diagram has been studied by [1963Obi]. There are no intermetallic phases and the elements show very small reciprocal solubility even in the liquid. Lattice parameters of a Ca saturated (αMn) solid solution have been measured by [1973Fra]. [1989Ni] studied the Ca solubility in liquid Mn (0.21 at.% Ca at 1350°C).
