Introduction

[68Pau] used X-ray powder diffraction analysis to study an alloy of the composition Li₂AgCd on the LiAg-LiCd section. No ternary compound, nor the LiCd phase (NaTl type) was detected. If Ag has any solubility in the binary LiCd phase it cannot be a large solubility.
