Introduction

The miscibility of the two salts AgBr and LiBr was investigated above 400°C by thermal analysis [13San, 81Flo] and between 50 and 350°C by high temperature X-ray diffraction [70Tsu]. The phase diagram shows solid solution above 350°C and a miscibility gap at low temperatures.
