Introduction

The pseudobinary section AgCl-CdCl₂ of the salt system Ag-Cd-Cl published in the review of [69Lev] was refined using thermal analyses and X-ray methods [76Vas, 82Bla]. Alloys were prepared by melting the anhydrous salt components in silica capsules.
