Silver - Cadmium - Antimony

Introduction

Belotzkij and Galitchanskij [73Bel] investigated the cross section Ag-CdSb. Alloys were prepared from high-purity silver and monocrystalline CdSb by heating for several days at temperatures ranging from 250 to 1000°C in evacuated silica capsules. The alloys were studied by X-ray-, micro- and thermal analyses, as well as by microhardness, emf and electrical resistivity measurements.
