Introduction

The critical assessment of the Ag-As-Ga ternary sytem by Rogl, given in Vol. I of "Ternary Alloys", requires modification to conform with the changes in the Ag-Ga binary system, proposed by [72Pre, 91Fes, 92Oka]. Phase relationships in the Ag-As-Ga ternary system were mainly established by two independent research groups: [67Pan] and [68Kuz]; their investigations are essentially in agreement.
