Tavernier [66Tav] prepared AuAg3Se2 by the reaction of Ag2Se precipitates with thiogold (I) complexes. Crystallographic data have been reported for the two allotropic modifications of AuAg3Se2 [66Mes, 70Smi, 71Joh, 76Wie].
